About Luzhi (Luke) Fang
Luke is a lawyer licensed to practice in both Ontario, Canada, and China, with additional expertise as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C). As the founder of INT Law, Luke is committed to delivering top-tier legal services and tailored solutions to his business and individual clients across Canada and China, to meet their specific needs and expectations.
Prior to establishing INT Law, Luke gained experience working for one of the largest law firms in China, specializing in Corporate and Commercial law. In addition to his experience in China, Luke extended his legal career to Canada, where he contributed to real estate transactions at a downtown Toronto law firm. After obtaining his Master’s degree in laws from the University of Toronto, he gained insights into Canadian corporate governance and corporate finance law while working for WealthOne Bank of Canada and BMO Capital Markets.
As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C), Luke brings a comprehensive understanding of data protection and privacy laws to his practice, enhancing his ability to serve clients effectively and ethically.
